The Auric Alliance – Office of Strategy (AAOS) serves as the strategic nerve center of Auric Holdings. It is a highlevel, executive-led unit responsible for designing, coordinating, and aligning strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth roadmaps across all subsidiaries and acquired brands within the Group. AAOS ensures that every relationship, collaboration, or expansion effort aligns with Auric Holdings’ long-term value creation and integrated growth vision.
To function as the principal architect of Auric’s ecosystem-wide growth by managing strategic alliances, market expansion, corporate development, and internal integration frameworks.
Develops long-term corporate strategies in alignment with Auric Holdings’ mission.
Conducts internal growth diagnostics and market opportunity assessments.
Ensures strategic synergy between subsidiaries and newly acquired brands.
Initiates and negotiates high-value partnerships, JVs, and collaborations across local and international markets.
Structures partnership models and leads onboarding for operational execution.
Builds strategic coalitions across industries that feed into Auric’s broader value chain.
Provides business intelligence, strategic support, and deal flow advisory to all subsidiaries.
Works with executive teams to unlock growth bottlenecks, drive innovation, and increase market competitiveness.
Enables knowledge transfer and cross-subsidiary collaboration.
Oversees the strategic onboarding and integration of newly acquired brands within the Auric ecosystem.
Works alongside Stratimax Waters to ensure each brand achieves commercial viability and operational
alignment.
Conducts market intelligence and trend analysis to anticipate industry shifts.
Advises the CEO and Auric board on future-facing decisions, new vertical opportunities, and strategic
rebalancing.
